While the work of the foundation tends to be long term, we are amazed at what God has already done with the Foundation in these first few years.
  • Funded the lion's share of Gracious Dismissal that resulted in CCCM obtaining clear title to the property, buildings and contents, appraised at the time as worth $13 million.
  • Over 400 people have received free or subsidized financial education, over 300 received specific education on estate planning, and over 250 have benefitted from financial counseling.
  • Provided housing at below market rates for 3 church staff families enabling them to minister at CCCM.
  • Made possible the call of CCCM's current Senior Pastor, Rev. Mark Tumney, DMin through a joint tenants in common purchase and remodeling of their current home.
Looking to the future, there are significant opportunities related to CCCM's vision to be "disciple-makers reaching out to the entire community for Christ." As long-time board member, Don Paulus says, "I don't think any of us, 15 years ago when FoC was founded, had a clear understanding as to what it could turn out to be. But the commitment that we have, and the faithfulness of the many donors and volunteers has convinced me that God directed us into something the benefits of which we have only begun to see."
